Consultation of the AMME website is subject to full acceptance of the terms and conditions of use listed below.

4.1 Notification at the CNIL :
According to article 15 of law number 78-17 of January 6th 1978 related to informatics, file and freedoms, the website having to be declared at the national Commission of informatics and freedoms was exempted from this in agreement with decision number 2006-130 of May 9th 2006 settling the exemption of notification of the treatments connected to the management of the members and givers of the non-profit-making associations governed by the law of July 1st 1901 (exempt number 8) published in J.O number 128 of June 3rd 2006.
4.2 Collect of personal data :
The personal data are peaces of information which, by a direct or indirect way, allow to point out a user temporarily and, if required, to connect him to the collected data.
The AMME website doesn't collect personal data allowing to identify its non-member visitors.
The member doctors wishing to appear in the AMME Directory must have an e-mail address where they receive their identifiers.
In order to appear in the AMME Directory, the doctors who are members of the AMME have to connect with their identifiers and to fill in their record online themselves.
Each member doctor commits himself to respect the rules of the Charter of the AMME about the appropriate clinical and therapeutic practices, and lodges under his own responsibility the information (postal and electronic addresses, phone numbers, practised acts, exercising methods and qualifications) necessary to the appearance in the AMME Directory.
5 - Intellectual propriety :

5.2 Establishment of the rights :
The elements contained in the website such as especially the text, the sound, the images, the video, the music, the AMME Directory, the software and data are the propriety of the AMME. In pursuance of the rules related to the intellectual propriety, any reproduction (including downloading, printing, etc…) representation, adaptation, translation, transformation and/or transfer to another site of one or several elements above-mentioned (including of these General Conditions) is forbidden without the permission previously written by the AMME and /or by the titular of the rights. Any unauthorized use of this content represents a misdemeanour of counterfeiting and can lead to civil and/or penal legal proceedings and to the payment of damages.
5.3 Brand :
The brands of the AMME, including the logos appearing on the website are registered trademarks, protected as such by the right of industrial propriety (article L 713-2 of the Code of the Intellectual Propriety). Apart from an express and previous permission from theirs proprietors, the use of these brands or logos is prohibited. Besides, it is remembered that any reproduction of element of the internet website of the AMME is authorized. Any unauthorized use of a protected brand or logo represents a misdemeanour of counterfeiting and can lead to proceedings in front of the judiciary authorities.
5.4 Hypertext links towards the AMME website :
Whatever the type of website established from an external internet website may be, called “Linking Site”, towards that of the AMME, this latter reserves itself the right to oppose its establishment, especially if the Linking Site is a detractor or competitive site, or if it spreads commercial pieces of information and contents with a legal feature and /or political, religious, pornographic or xenophobe feature.

On the other hand, it is totally forbidden and will be considered as a disloyal, parasitical action and an appropriation of the work and the financial efforts of the AMME, which can lead to civil and/or penal legal proceedings and to the payment of damages, to :
- Create any hyperlinks from a Linking site, whatever the method which is used and which could result in diverting or distorting the content or the image of the AMME site, or in making appear the AMME website as one's, without mentioning it as a source, notably without making appear the URL address of the AMME site, or which could result in not indicating to the visitor, in a clear and unequivocal way, that he's lead towards a website or a web page which is external to the first connected site, the reference of the AMME website necessarily having to be indicated clearly and legibly, especially its URL address www.estheticmeso.com under a clicking form,
- Establish any deep hypertext weblink giving access to a page of the AMME website without going through its opening page, as well as any transclusion allowing to have access to a part of the AMME website (like the AMME Directory) by making it appear in a frame of the Linking Site, or by giving a direct access to one or several work(s) (photos, text, video, etc…) like the viewing of an image or a video, whatever its form may be,

The AMME cannot be considered as responsible for having suggested you this hypertext weblink and the contents appearing in these websites. You cannot pledge the responsibility of the AMME in any way for direct or indirect damages underwent because of the use of a third website accessible from the AMME website.
6 - Responsibility :
6.1 Editorial content

You acknowledge to accept that the AMME website can present some inaccuracies as for its contents. The responsibility of the AMME should not be held because of a direct or indirect, incidental or accessory damage resulting from the use of the website or of any information obtained in the website. At last the AMME should not be held as responsible if a content of the website offend some particularly sensitive persons.
6.2 Access to the website :
The AMME website is accessible round the clock. Yet the AMME cannot have its responsibility involved because of a technical impossibility of connexion, be it because of a case of absolute necessity, an operation of maintenance, an editorial update, an external strike, a network breakdown or a blackout, a bad configuration or use of the computer by the user, or any other cause dependent or not on his will.
Also the rate and the time of transfer of the data of the AMME server towards the internet network are not guaranteed by the AMME.
Even if this kind of event is almost unlikely, the AMME does not guarantee that the hosting server and the website are exempt from virus. Thus the AMME cannot be held responsible in case of infection by a virus in your computer equipment.
7 - Warning

The AMME seeks as much as possible that no information against the Charter of the AMME about the appropriate clinical and therapeutic practices would appear in its Directory and reserves itself the right to ban from its members any doctor who does not respect this Charter and/ or who voluntarily gives wrong information, as soon as this erroneous information is made known to the AMME.
Consequently the AMME reserves itself the possibility to limit or to withdraw the access to its website to the member who spreads in its file messages of advertisement or promotion, or anti-fraternal, anti-deontological messages contrary to the medical ethic, to the law and order or to the morality, violent, racist, insulting or rude, contrary to the copyright or related rights, to the right applying to data bases, to trademark rights, to the right to the image, to the right to the respect of private life, or who would violate any other legislative or prescribed provision in effect.
The invalidity, of one or several provisions stipulated in the general conditions of use, pronounced by a legal decision does not result in the invalidity of the other provisions.
8 - Jurisdictional skill and applying law :
The hereby conditions of use are subject to the French Law. Any difficulty of interpretation or enforcement exclusively comes under the suitable French jurisdictions.
